Taking out any hairs off the velcro
Hook-and-loop fasteners, more commonly known as velcro, are a convenient method to securely attach two things together. Zippers and buttons can also do the trick, but velcro makes a strong and easy-to-use alternative. But after a long period of using these fasteners, the thicker cords might get dirty. This prevents them from sticking to the thinner cords on the other side.
Since it was created in 1958, these fasteners have helped many with their clever system. Velcro works by having two strips of tiny hooks. The thinner hooks cling to the thicker ones when you press them together. If you find one of the sides of your fastener has some hair or fluff, simply rub a toothbrush to take it out.
