Breakfast can be a real struggle for some of us with hectic mornings (or those of us that hit snooze a few too many times and make our own morning hectic) but there’s no doubt we should be taking the time to have a nutritious breakfast, even if that means it has to be fast, easy to throw together, and maybe even consumed with a straw.
