Cement is durable and endlessly customizable
There are many fabriks you can use to make your own coasters, and we will cover many of them in this compilation. Cement, for example, is highly durable and very easy to paint over, which makes it an ideal base you can personalize with any style and color scheme you wish.
Mix the cement with some water, and stir until the mixture is free of clumps. Pour it onto whatever mold you wish and let dry. Then, take the coasters out of their molds and use acrylic paint to decorate them. You can also varnish them as a finishing touch.
