Scooping eggshells instead of taking them out with your hands
Separating egg yolks from egg whites requires Martha Steward’s skills. Cracking eggs over a single bowl may result in broken yolks in the whites, and a piece of an eggshell falling in the egg can be such a mood killer. Fortunately, taking the piece out of the egg with your hands is not the only option. You can use three bowls or you can follow these steps.
First, you will just take one half of the egg and second, you will scoop the fallen eggshell. This process is completely mess-free and will also keep your hands from smelling since sometimes, you may be unable to remove the eggy odor from your hands despite continuous hand washing. Instead, you should definitely try this trick the next time you are craving for waffles.
