No need to reheat food with “the hole trick”
Usually, you come home, hungry and exhausted, and you put your food in the microwave to warm it up only to discover that the middle of your meal is still cold. So here is how to reheat food evenly. You should leave a hole in the middle of your leftovers to allow them to reheat evenly, in the shape of a ring.
This ensures that it is uniformly heated. Flattening the meal to increase surface area while reducing volume will also help. You can go a step further and place bigger or heavier bits of food on the outside of the ring and smaller pieces on the inside to prevent the latter from burning. Now, you are ready to enjoy your delicious fettuccine.
