If you want to floss the right way, make a loop with the floss
Flossing removes germs, plaque, and food particles from between your teeth, lowering your risk of dental decay and gum disease. Those that do floss, on the other hand, are almost always doing it incorrectly. Moreover, you should make sure you get regular and professional dental cleanings at least twice a year, in addition to brushing and flossing.
Making a loop with the floss is the best way to ensure you do not harm your gums or even your fingers. Using a gentle rubbing motion, guide the floss between your teeth. You should never curl the floss into a C shape against one tooth when it reaches the gum line. You should gently slide it into the gap between the gum and the tooth.
