DIY Rain Gauge
We are familiar with geographers measuring the amount of rainfall or precipitation at a specific place when it comes to constructing roads, dams, and other related things. The tool used to do this task is a rain gauge. Everyone is curious about knowing when there will be bad weather.
For kids, we just found out that they can measure the amount of rainfall without the standard rain gauge. These fun lessons require kids to get a plastic bottle and cut off the top. They will also need a marker to write the measurement on the bottle. With this, kids are aware of when they are likely to face bad weather.
