Warm air
A ceiling fan is essential in the summer. Not only does it cool us with a light breeze, but the distinct sound drowns out outside noises. But did you know that you can also use it in winter?
We don’t usually turn on the fan in the winter, but there’s a good reason to do so. These devices have a “reverse” option, which doesn’t generate a breeze but moves the warm air from the ceiling to the bottom of the room. It also lowers the humidity in the room, which will help keep you warm.
