Act like penguins
Many people say that we should act more like penguins. They are animals that work together, are supportive and organized, and have a respected hierarchical structure. But there are other traits we can pick up from penguins, which will ultimately help us survive winter.
In particular, there are two behaviors that we can copy. The first one: stay physically close to the people we live with or our pets to stay warm. Penguins stand next to each other during the night because it helps maintain body heat. Second, their way of walking: walking with stiff legs and arms apart from the body helps maintain balance when walking on ice or snow. So when you’re walking to work on the icy sidewalk, waddle like a penguin.
