Help clear up your skin
Having acne can be painful and unpleasant. One of its leading causes is bacteria build-up. Could the same gargle you use to eliminate bacteria in your mouth work on your skin? The answer is yes! Mouth rinses work as antiseptic and also have alcohol as an ingredient. These two elements can help dry out spots and speed up the healing process.
Whenever you get a new spot, try dabbing a little bit of mouthwash onto it, preferably with a cotton pad to avoid touching it with your fingers. This will kill the bacteria causing the infection and dry out the spot, which will start healing. Be careful to avoid any open cuts since the alcohol may irritate them.
