Clean up bacteria living in your toothbrush
Did you know that a toothbrush is a perfect environment for germs to grow? Moreover, keeping it in some regions of your bathroom can make the contamination even worse. There may be something underneath your sink that can help you keep bacteria away. No, not toothpaste; Mouthwash! If it keeps germs from growing on your teeth, it could do the same with your brush.
Although you should still replace your toothbrush every three or four months, cleaning it with some breath freshener can keep the germs away. Fill up a small glass with mouthwash. Then, dip your toothbrush into it. Let it soak for about ten to twenty minutes, and rinse. Simple but effective.
