Strawberries are in season and we’re convinced nobody is as giddy about it as we are. We decided to put a little list of all of our favorite strawberry recipes together so fellow strawberry enthusiasts can enjoy the season just as much as us! Let’s get started.

This is a great dessert for any time of the year, Valentine’s Day, we’re lookin’ at you, but we especially love to whip up these cheesecake bars for any and all of our spring gatherings! The best part is these are no-bake cheesecake bars, so all you need are a few ingredients and a little bit of time in the kitchen without having to turn that oven on. These are great for a crowd or for demolishing while you sit on the couch and catch up on your shows. We won’t judge!

Strawberry Hand Pies
Is there anything better than a dessert that fits right in your hands? We don’t think so! Since these hand pies are so grabbable, they’re great for a gathering this spring and summer. If you want to give guests the old razzle dazzle, they’re even more delicious with ice cream or whipped cream and, of course, more fresh strawberries on top.

We could go on for days about this pound cake; it’s dense, it’s moist, it’s made with fresh strawberries, and it’s topped with a gooey, sweet, delicious strawberry glaze. Even though Easter has come and gone, this cake is perfect for brunch; we promise even your picky guests won’t be able to turn a slice (or two) away!

Strawberry Mousse
Here’s a real easy strawberry dessert for those of you that don’t want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen! All you need is three ingredients and this dessert is no bake so you won’t have to heat up the kitchen. We love serving chilled desserts or just having them in the fridge for any old weeknight dessert. We also really love desserts that can be served individually, and bonus points if you hit up your local thrift shops for some funky vintage glasses to serve your mousse in.

Last, but certainly not least, strawberry jam! Once you get the hang of making strawberry jam, which is super easy to do with this simple recipe, strawberry jam is great to have on hand for toast, strawberry desserts, and homemade jam makes for the perfect gift.
