Reserving Left-Over Paint
You can do a lot with left-over paint so you don’t have to throw it away. You can reuse it for your other projects or use it for touch-ups. Knowing how to store left-over paint to remain fresh and usable is crucial. Before storing the paint, you should use a plastic wrap to cover it so that it can last an extended time.

Make sure to place a plastic wrap before closing the lid to seal the paint and keep it fresh. The plastic wrap prevents air from getting into the can as this will cause it to dry. For better results, use a rubber mallet to ensure that the can’s edges are secured. You may also want to consider placing the paint can upside, which helps create an airtight seal.
