Smoothies are a good breakfast option to take with you outside of you home. They are the best way to get the nutrition you need with no fuss and no unpleasantness. Nevertheless, it can take time to cut all the ingredients. But there is a way to make your mornings smoother and still get your daily dose of fruits and veggies.
The key is to meal prep. Buy the ingredients in bulk, then clean and cut them. Fill up small freezer bags with enough to make a single serving smoothie. After everything is done, put the bags in the freezer and take them out whenever you feel like drinking them for breakfast. As a bonus, the cold will take care of the need for ice.
