There is a secret to making scrambled eggs in the microwave
Cooking eggs is tricky. Although they are delicious when done properly, they can go rubbery very easily. If you have a stove, whipping up a batch is a simple matter; you simply scramble them in a frying pan with some butter, salt, and eggs, and that’s it. But if you only have a microwave, you will probably run into some issues.
In the first place, you have to be careful, since eggs tend to explode when put into a microwave. The key is to whisk them together and add 1/2 a tablespoon of liquid to the mix before cooking. Put everything into a microwave-safe container and add any spices or herbs you want. Then microwave in 30-second bursts until it is almost completely set.
