This recipe comes courtesy of the well-known British chef, Nigella Lawson. It involves poaching eggs and heating some Greek yogurt in a double boiler until it reaches body temperature and becomes slightly fluffy. Place the poached eggs on top of the yogurt and garnish with Aleppo pepper and dill. It is perfect to eat with warm bread.
