A one-pot remix of a traditional English breakfast
Sausage, beans, eggs, and toast. Those are the staples in every British breakfast. This updated version mixes them all together into one pot to minimize the amount of dishwashing you need to do after. It is just as delicious as the original and will take you a fraction of the time to put together. You get the best of both worlds.
Crisp up the sausage in a saucepan, and once they develop a brown crust, pour any brand of bottled tomato passata in, along with some cannellini beans. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Let simmer until the beans are cooked, and you are all set. Serve with toast and sunny-side-up eggs if you so desire. The perfect comfort food breakfast.
