Use up food leftovers with these egg muffins
There is so much food that is thrown away as waste every year. Meanwhile, people all around the world go hungry every day. If your mission is to save as much of your leftovers as possible, then it may be a good idea to try this recipe and use up all the scraps that are about to go bad.
Cook any leftovers in a frying pan along with some veggies such as spring onions, mushrooms, or bell peppers, and place a tablespoon of the mix in each muffin tin. Then, combine egg and milk and pour it over each individual serving. Add some shredded cheese on top if you want. Bake until the egg is set, for about 20-25 minutes.
