Wash your vacuum cleaner’s filters
You may have noticed that the fluff on your floor or carpet sometimes doesn’t get vacuumed entirely. You may think that rubbing the dirty surface harder with your vacuum cleaner is the solution. In all likelihood, the problem lies in your device’s internal pieces. Not even the most expensive vacuum cleaner will resist more than six years if its filter isn’t cleaned regularly.

This is a typical complication with all vacuum cleaners. Dirt gets stuck on the filter and prevents the device from working properly. For this hack, check first that your filter is washable. If it is, the dishwasher is your new best friend! Place it inside your dishwasher with a bit of detergent and wait for it to do its job. Once it’s dry, you can reassemble the piece.
