You can actually make your own clothing rack using pipes

Here is the perfect clothing rack if you want to add a modern industrial look to your room but you are on a tight budget. You will need these common hardware store materials to start this project: three long pipes, two 90-degree elbows, two iron floor flanges, four cartwheels, some screws and nails, and a wood board.

Once you have your items in place, start assembling the rack by screwing the flanges on one side of the board and the cartwheels on the four corners of the other. Then, join all three pipes together.
