Cook a fluffy omelet
You can cook eggs in many different ways, and they’re all a fantastic option for a healthy meal. However, we’re all fluffy omelet lovers. When you cook an omelet like that, it’s easy to add many side dishes to your food, such as mushrooms, cheese, or cherry tomatoes. Unfortunately, achieving a satisfactory level of fluffiness isn’t easy unless you add baking soda to the recipe.
If you want your omelets to taste lighter and fluffier, add half a teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate for every three eggs you put in your pan. The carbon dioxide bubbles within the baking soda should make your dish much more squashy. We’re pretty sure you’ll surprise your guests next time they visit you for brunch with this marvelous little trick.
