Driving is an activity that we must do while being very attentive. First, your back must be fully supported by the backrest; this will keep it straight without strain; if necessary, move the seat slightly forward. The second tip is to always have your legs semi-flexed, reaching comfortably to the pedals; this will keep your waist safe. Finally, the most important thing: you should always put the headrest one centimeter above your head (but no more than three). This way, it will have good support, and your neck will be protected.
