It can be unsettling to know that your phone knows more about your habits than most people. Unfortunately, there is not much you can do about it unless you decide to live off the grid in a cabin in the woods. If you do not wish to sever all ties with society, you can try doing this to limit the amount of information your device collects.

Go to “Location Services” under the “Privacy” label in the “Settings” app, and you will find another tap called “Frequent Locations.” Your phone stores information on where you go and how much time you spend there. If you are uncomfortable with the device saving that data, then you can clear the history.
