Avoid dealing with a too-bright screen
Excessive screen brightness can end up hurting your eyes. Moreover, if you use your phone at night, the blue light it emits can mess with your sleep hormones and make it harder for you to get those much-needed snoozes. Although it is better to avoid using your device at night, here are some tips you can use to minimize the damage.

Go to the “Zoom” section in the accessibility settings and turn it on in the lowest setting. Then touch the screen with three fingers at once, and a menu should pop up. Tap on “Choose Filter” and select “Low Light.” This setting will keep brightness at a minimum so it does not interfere with your vision and your sleep schedule.
