Sea salts are a special way of relieving stress after a hectic week of work. They have many benefits, such as easing achy muscles and joints, stimulating circulation, and calming irritated skin. While it may be challenging to fit this home-spa experience into your schedule, you could treat yourself to a calming bath during the weekend, once the chaos is over.

There are various spa products containing sea salt on the market, but some of these can be quite costly. So, just mix one cup of salt into warm water before you get in the bathtub, and soak in for 15 to 20 minutes. Soon after, you’ll feel your skin softer and more moisturized.
