If you’ve had a sleepless night, use this to heal puffy eyes
From attending a long party that extended way past midnight to being nervous about having coffee with someone you liked the following day, there are many situations that lead to sleepless nights. It’s common to have them, but sometimes the effects show on your face. The most noticeable signs that give it away are puffy eyes and massive dark circles.

Another factor that causes puffy eyes is spending too much time in front of a screen. To prevent this problem, mix one half-teaspoon of salt with one cup of hot water. Once you’ve done that, soak pads in the salt and water solution, and press them delicately against your eyes or other puffy areas of your face.
