Last revised: Decmber 11, 2025

This Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy (the “Policy”) explains how TopTipHacks.com (“TopTipHacks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, discloses, sells (as that term may be defined under certain U.S. state privacy laws), and otherwise processes information about you in connection with:

the website located at https://toptiphacks.com/
and any other website we own or operate that links to this Policy (collectively, the “Site”), and

any newsletters, forms, lead flows, content feeds, features, transactions, engagements, or other interactions you have with us (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Site/Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site/Services.

  1. Lead Generation and Advertising Disclaimer

TopTipHacks is a content and marketing website and may also operate lead generation experiences. We are not an insurance company and we are not an insurance agent. We may help connect individuals with third parties that may provide products or services (including auto insurance and related offers), including insurance agents, insurers, and third-party service websites (“Third-Party Providers”). We may receive compensation from Third-Party Providers and advertising partners when you interact with ads, links, offers, or submit forms.

  1. Policy Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on the Site, unless otherwise stated. We encourage you to review this Policy regularly.

  1. Information We Collect
    a. Personal Information (and related categories)

We may collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, or is reasonably capable of being associated with you (“Personal Information”). Depending on how you use the Site/Services, this may include:

Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, IP address, online identifiers, device identifiers, account credentials (if any), and similar identifiers.

Contact information: mailing address, email address, phone number.

Commercial information: information related to products or services you request or express interest in, including insurance-related interests, vehicle information you provide, residence information, claim history you provide, and desired coverage.

Financial account information: only if you choose to provide it in connection with a specific transaction or request (for example, a payment-related flow, if offered).

Characteristics of protected classifications: only if you voluntarily provide it and where permitted by law (for example, gender or marital status in an insurance quote context, if applicable).

Consumer reports (if applicable): consumer reports such as driving history, criminal history, or credit reports may be obtained by Third-Party Providers in connection with an insurance application or quote request (see Section 3(b)).

Internet or other electronic network activity: browsing history on our Site, interactions with ads, referring/exit pages, clickstream data, search history on our Site, and similar usage details.

Geolocation data: approximate location derived from IP address, and with permission, more precise location from a device (if enabled).

Professional/employment and education information: if you voluntarily provide it in a form flow.

Health information: only if you voluntarily provide it and where permitted (for example, tobacco use in an insurance context, if applicable).

Inferences: inferences drawn from the above to create or refine a profile about preferences and interests (for example, likely interest in certain insurance products or content topics).

b. Consumer Report Notice (Insurance/Lead Flows)

In some cases, Third-Party Providers may need additional background information about you, and consumer reports (including credit reports) may be ordered in connection with an insurance application or quote request. These reports may be used to determine eligibility and pricing, and may be used for updates, renewals, or extensions. By submitting information through our insurance-related lead flows, you provide express consent for relevant Third-Party Providers and associated service providers to obtain and use a consumer report as described above, to the extent permitted by law.
