Help the hotel by leaving a review
Not all hotel stays end up being the perfect experience. If there’s a problem, try to communicate it to the management by email. Explain in detail the things that the hotel could change for the better. Remember that they are supposed to help provide positive atmosphere.
Be kind and transparent in your suggestions, do not get carried away by emotions, and give a clear opinion. If the hotel management accepts your critique, it is very likely that they will promise to improve on anything that was lacking, which could mean future discounts and benefits the next time.
