Separating yolks from whites
Many specific recipes( mostly desserts) ask for the correct elaboration of the whites or the yolks of the eggs, but not both. Do you wonder how to do it since it seems complicated? It is easier than you think.
You only need a small empty plastic bottle. Gently press the bottle’s body, lay the bottle’s neck against the yolk and you will see how easily it enters the bottle without breaking when you release it. Thus, only the whites will remain to be able to prepare the most delicious desserts.
