Take advantage of every space unused
Most kitchens have filler panels on the sides. In general, they are placed there exclusively for aesthetics. But here, we do not want any non-functional pieces in our kitchen. If you’re looking to add extra storage room for things that don’t take up much space, like containers, bottles, and small cutting boards, we have this great DIY idea for you.

Although it’s a pretty clever project, this is not an easy one. You will need drawer rails, screws, some wood, and, most importantly, excellent measuring skills. Once you’ve taken out the cover of the hole and measured its size, you’ll want to cut your wood pieces to fit inside. Then, you assemble the drawer and attach the rails to both parts, and you’re done.
