Permanent marker stains can’t resist this

While temporary marker stains may be eradicated with a single swipe, permanent marker stains are known to be more stubborn. Whether you have permanent marker stains on your walls or pillows, removing them can be a daunting task.

You can use a non-gel toothpaste to remove permanent marker. All you have to do is apply the toothpaste to the wall or any other surface and let it sit for ten minutes. Then, scrub it in a circular motion and remove it with a wet cloth.

The best hack for removing oily stains

Oil stains are annoying because almost nothing can help you remove them. However, baby powder acts as an emulsifier. It sticks to the oily stain, and removing the powder takes the stain away with it.

To remove oily stains from fabrics, pour baby powder on the affected area and let it sit for a while; you can leave it overnight. After the powder has stuck properly, brush it away with a soft toothbrush. Then, put it in the machine.

Who said dish soap was for only dishes?

We know dish soap is for washing dishes, but it may amaze you that it can work wonders for your clothing. Have you ever had to send a favorite shirt to the landfill because of a stubborn grease stain?

Well, knowing this hack will prevent a recurrence. To eradicate grease stains from fabrics, apply any dish soap like Dawn to the stained area and rub it in with your fingers. After letting it sit for some minutes, wash it off.

Even your cooking spray goes beyond the kitchen

Cooking spray is one of those items in your kitchen that can double as an effective cleaning agent. It doesn’t only prevent your food from sticking; it can also be effective in cleaning your bathroom. Scum is no match for cooking spray.

Soap scum is that unwanted mixture of water, oils, and soap talc that lurks around glass walls and doors. To remove soap scum, simply apply cooking spray to the stained areas and leave for five minutes. Then, clean it with a dry cloth.

Everyone loves spending time in the garden. However, after a long time with the kids on the lawn or in the garden, you may have to battle grass stains on their shirts. What if we told you there was a way to remove these stains?
