Using air pressure to easily remove shells from a boiled egg
Boiled eggs make for an excellent breakfast. Rich in proteins and healthy fats, no wonder they are one of the favorites of health freaks. However, as simple as it is to boil them, peeling the shell off can be hard work. If you lack appropriate skills, you could end up with a mess of tiny bits of shell all around, and some left on the whites.

A better (and fun!) way to get rid of those pesky shells is by using air pressure. No, it isn’t some crazy science experiment. Just remove a bit of shell from either side of the egg and blow throw one end as hard as you can. The results? The egg slides out through the other end nice and clean without any trace of shells
