Make espresso ice cubes to avoid watered down coffee
There are many people who like their coffee as black as their souls. Nevertheless, in the summer months, when a hot cup is not as inviting, throwing some ice in to cool it might end up watering and ruining it. If you wish you could have the coolness of iced coffee with the strength of a freshly brewed espresso, then try this technique.
Make a batch the day before and pour it into an ice tray. Leave the tray in the freezer overnight and the next morning you can put those coffee cubes in to give your iced drink the desired temperature without watering it down. Yes, it takes some preparation since it involves freezing, but it is still worth trying.
