Thread needles without difficulty
Once you start doing it, sewing can be highly therapeutic. It reduces stress and anxiety while encouraging mindfulness. What’s more, it also enhances your motor skills by training your hand-eye coordination. However, there’s one aspect of sewing that isn’t relaxing at all—threading needles. Most of the time, threads just don’t want to cooperate and refuse to go through the needle’s tiny eye.
If you always have a hard time threading needles, you can save yourself some time and effort with nail polish. Simply run the end of your thread through the applicator brush and roll it between your thumb and finger a few times. This way, you’ll end up with a threat stiff enough to pass through the smallest needle’s eye in the world.
