Almost all the materials needed can be found in recycling bins.
Use a soft plastic lid as the hanging part and repurpose plastic spoons to make the dangling bits. Tie them with a fishing line and decorate them however you wish. You can wrap rubber bands over the utensils and make other chimes out of beads, small bells, and bits of shells you find outside. These items will make a sound similar to that of bamboo sticks.
