Create a folded lampshade with wooden beads accents

As you may know, stylish shades can sometimes break the bank. If you had to buy the folded lamp you see below at a décor store, chances are that it wouldn’t be exactly cheap. Lucky for you, you can recreate it at home with inexpensive materials like an A4 thick white and black paper, a light cord, some string, wooden beads, and double-sided tape.

Fold your A4 paper into a cone shape and make a little mark with a pencil at the point where the paper overlaps. Next, apply a thin stripe of tape before the pencil line. Place the cord light in the middle of the paper and remove the tape. Finally, pass a string through the top of the cone lamp and add a few beads at the end.
