It works as a chickenpox rash reliever
We all know that suffering from chickenpox is better when you’re a child. Otherwise, it could turn into a lethal infection if you catch it as an adult. Nonetheless, that doesn’t mean that this common illness isn’t an itchy and uncomfortable ride for anyone. Many home remedies relieve chickenpox rashes, such as cold baths or cornstarch paste, but they don’t always work.
Fortunately, you can use baking soda to relieve the rash. Draw yourself a warm bath and, while the water is running, pour a cup of sodium bicarbonate into the water. Then, soak for fifteen minutes to relieve the itchiness and soothe the skin. If you had some chamomile and oatmeal at home, add it to the bath for more effectiveness.
