Clean your toothbrush
When you go to the dentist, they always tell you that you should always brush your teeth after every meal. And while many of us do, we often forget that it’s equally important to keep our toothbrushes clean. This kind of oral hygiene appliance accumulates an astounding amount of bacteria that always ends up in our mouths as we brush our teeth.
Cleaning your toothbrush with baking soda is easy. Simply soak it in a solution of baking soda, vinegar, and hot water for half an hour. Then, rinse it under cold water. This trick should eliminate any disgusting odor and kill all the bacteria in the toothbrush. It’ll also prevent germs from forming an ecosystem in your most prized hygiene item.
