This next hack is dedicated to a particular group of people: absent-minded coffee lovers. Coffee can be strong, light, filtered, or iced, but it should never be burnt. Sometimes, though, it’s easy to forget you’re making this fantastic morning drink, and a mix of negligence and lack of sleep can lead to you leaving your coffee in the pot for longer than recommended.

No surprise, the result is burnt coffee with an unpleasant bitter taste. You could make a new one, but chances are the time isn’t available because you have to rush to work. By now, you must imagine where the solution lies. Add a pinch of salt to your cup of coffee, and the bitterness will go away in seconds.
